CHECK IN: 4:00 PM CST or later
Check In is a self-check in procedure. There is no centralized check-in office. Entry to the cabin is not permitted until your scheduled check in time from your confirmation. In order to provide clean and comfortable accommodations, these times must remain firm so that we can clean the property. If you want to arrive early, please book the cabin for an additional night before your planned arrival. Cleaning each cabin is like thoroughly cleaning a home and not a hotel room. We need the full amount of time allocated to professionally clean the cabin.
CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM Central Time or earlier on departure date
Check Out is a self-check out procedure prior to 11:00 AM Central Time on the day of departure. Checking out after 11:00 AM Central Time may be subject to additional charges. Please do not ask for a late check out. If you need a late check out, please reserve the room for an additional night and then leave as late that day as you need to.
